Check-in Restrictions
Geo-fence the office and/or allowlist office IPs. Geo-fence is enforced per employee (toggle it in the Employees page) — it is never mandatory by default.
Geo-Fenced Check-in
Define the office radius here, then enable it per employee in the Employees page.
IP-Based Check-in
Only allow clock-ins from approved office network IPs.

Each sub-account gets its own URL. Add it as a custom menu link / iframe app inside that client's sub-account so they land directly in their isolated HRMS.

- Create the client's sub-account above (or reuse an existing one).
- Copy that sub-account's URL from the list.
- In the client's sub-account, add a custom menu link or HTML/iframe element pointing to that URL.
- Give the client admin their login email + password to sign in inside the iframe.
Cloud Sync & Backups
Cross-device sync and nightly backups are managed centrally by the platform administrator. Your data is automatically synced and protected — no setup needed on your end.
Reset Workspace
Restore this sub-account to its default staff, attendance and settings. This cannot be undone.
